Terms And Conditions

  1. 1. There is no fixed enrolment date. A customer can become a member on any day he/she desires.
  2. 2. Any existing member can enroll in multiple schemes.
  3. 3. Customer KYC is must to avail the scheme membership.
  4. 4. Monthly Installments should be paid on or before 10th of every month.
  5. 5. Criteria for earning the discounts are applicable to members who will pay all their monthly installments in time without defaulting on any month.
  6. 6. Payment can be made either in cash or cheque at our store or even by any online payment options available with the members.
  7. 7. The above Program is valid for 10 month & shall be terminated at the end of the 11th month irrespective of the number of payment paid by the customer. If the customer fails to pay for 10 months he or she shall not be entitled to a discount.
  8. 8. Receipts will be issued for every deposit. The same shall also reflect in our APP
  9. 9. Any discrepancies in the card entries or the receipts should be bought to management’s notice within 7 days of entry.
  10. 10. In case of any default/delay in the payments will further postpone the redemption date accordingly to the delayed period.
  11. 11. However, in case to discontinuation of the scheme in between, by any member, the redemption of only the invested amount, into gold Jewellery. will be possible and that too only after the scheme period gets over. Any rewards or discounts shall not be applicable to schemes stopped in between by the member.
  12. 12. The maturity date (redemption date) shall be from 30 days of the date of last successful installment/deposit.
  13. 13. The monthly investment schemes are valid only for Jewellery purchase (gold Jewellery and Coins) and not for any cash, refund.
  14. 14. Wastage will be Applicable on the Jewellery purchase Above 12 %
  15. 15. Wastage will differ from jewellery to jewellery.
  16. 16. Delivery of Jewellery is subject to government taxes.
  17. 17. The scheme cannot be clubbed with any other schemes run by our company.
  18. 18. INR 250 for any new referral shall be applicable only after 5 successful installments paid by the referred member.
  19. 19. Management has all the rights to accept/reject any application without any reason.
  20. 20. In case of any dispute during redemption, management’s decision will be final.
